Scent is a personal experience, which is why detailed descriptions and scent notes are included for all products. Four Winds Candle Company does not accept returns or exchanges for products purchased. The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information including suite or unit number, if necessary. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once shipped. Please inspect items upon delivery. Claims for incorrect item or damage due to delivery must be submitted to info@fourwindscandle.com within 48 hours of delivery and must include photo proof.
